Rental Details
Buis Cottage is a wonderful place. To keep it wonderful, we have implemented
a few things that guests should be aware of.
- No Pets

At this time, Buis Cottage is unable to provide a
safe haven for your pets on cottage grounds so
you are asked to leave your pets at home.
There are dog kennels in or around Port Dover if
you don't feel comfortable leaving little rover
at home by himself.
- No Smoking

To keep Buis Cottage nice and clean for all of our
guests, we ask that you do not smoke inside the
building. Thanks.
- Maximum of 6 overnight guests

There are 3 beds large enough for 2 people each.
The couch is awfully comfortable but you would probably
get a cramp sleeping on it so thats why we have
implemented this rule.
- Prices are all inclusive

Yes, you read that right. All inclusive.
- 50% deposit at time of booking

We require that you pay for half of the visit when you
book your stay with us.
- Commercial rates available
Rates
This rate applies to the high season, June, July, August.
- $650.00 /wk
- Check-in at 3pm, check-out at 10am
- Sunday to Sunday
Commercial, year-round, $150.00 /person per week(Sunday to Sunday).
